Documents including:
-any index of DEA patches or coins created for the Special Operations Divison's "Special Projects".
-documents detailing the DEA patch creation process or coin project for above
-any funding or expenditure documents related to the creation of patches or coins for above
-guidelines or manuals for creating DEA patches for the above.
-internal policies regarding patches and what designs are appropriate
-any documents about the discussion about the copyright concerns of using a "Darth Vader" character for the "special projects" patches or coins

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
