Dear Jimmy Tobias:

This email as an acknowledgment that we received your Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) request below.

Your FOIA request has been assigned the FOIA tracking number
FWS-2018-00292. We will be required to search more than one office for
records; therefore, we are taking a 10-workday extension and placing your
request in the "complex" processing track. We anticipate completing your
request by January 8, 2018. We will contact you again if we have any
questions while processing your request or anticipate any delays.

For fee tracking purposes, we have classified you as a representative of
the news media. As such, we may charge you for some of our duplication
costs, but we will not charge you for our search or review costs; you also
are entitled to up to 100 pages of photocopies (or an equivalent volume)
for free. *See **43 C.F.R. § 2.39*. If, after taking into consideration
your fee category entitlements, our processing costs are less than $50.00,
we will not bill you because the cost of collection would be greater than
the fee collected. *See **43 C.F.R. § 2.49(a)(1)*

Should you have any questions regarding the FOIA process, please feel free
to contact me or the Arizona Ecological Services FOIA coordinator,
Katherine Rutledge at (602) 889-5944 or by email at azfoiaar@fws.gov.
