This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Documents relating to the formation of the Space Corps. Recently the House of Representatives voted to direct the Department of Defense to create a Space Corps under the jurisdiction of the Air Force. The issue now awaits a vote in the Senate. This involves:
-Slide shows
-Budget projections
-Planned mission of the Space Corps
-Emails from Secretary of the Air Force Heather Wilson containing the key word "Space Corps"
-Any reports dealing with the planned creation of the Space Corps
-Official correspondence/memos with Congress or the White House dealing with the Space Corps
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This is in response to your 3 October 2017, Freedom of Information Act
request for records relating to Documents relating to the formation of the
Space Corps. Recently the House of Representatives voted to direct the
Department of Defense to create a Space Corps under the jurisdiction of the
Air Force. The issue now awaits a vote in the Senate. This involves: -Slide
shows -Budget projections -Planned mission of the Space Corps
-Emails from Secretary of the Air Force Heather Wilson containing the key
word "Space Corps" -Any reports dealing with the planned creation of the
Space Corps -Official correspondence/memos with Congress or the White House
dealing with the Space Corps."
HAF/ES and SAF/SP provided responsive documents however, certain information
is being withheld under Title 5, United States Code, Section 552 (b)(6).
Exemption (b)(6) applies to the withholding of information that could
reasonably be expected to constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of
personal privacy.
Should you decide to appeal this response, you must write to the Secretary
of the Air Force, Thru: SAF/AAII (FOIA), 1000 Air Force Pentagon, Washington
DC 20330¬1000, within 90 calendar days from the date of this letter. Include
in the appeal, your reasons for reconsideration, and attach a copy of this
letter.
