This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the source code for DHS's eFOIA Mobile Applications, including both the Google Play and iPhone versions of the software, as well as the source code for any other versions of the mobile electronic filing tool that may or may not have been publicly released at the time of this publication (for example, any Windows Phone apps that may have been also developed to facilitate the filing of requests).

I also request a copy of the contract that these applications were developed under.

I also request the results of any user testing sessions that were done regarding this application.

I am a reporter and editor, and this request is made as part of my reporting process, and I will use the responsive materials for an article.
