Good Morning Mr. Stevens,
I initially assumed that your request was for MAJ Rausch emails to AFRICOM personnel.
But your response below helped me understand that you are requesting ALL MAJ Rausch emails during the specified time period.
We cannot search for emails with the @socom domain.
So I reached out to SOCOM and they told me they are working your request as USSOCOM FOIA 2020-88.
Therefore AFRICOM will administratively close this request.
Thank you,
Kirk Schmidt

Mr. William Rausch was indicted in federal court for "Sexual Abuse" and has acknowledged he was in Somalia already on a deployment. It is also noted on his DD214.
The US military has acknowledged he was deployed, and so has he in a public court. Furthermore, there is a public interest in this case as he was being paid by the USG while he was harassing a reporter investigating the sexual assault/ abuse accusations against him. The public has every right to know what took place overseas within reason especially because he seriously compromised our national security.
