All written or electronic communications, including email attachments, sent or received by Aurelia Skipwith that refer in any way to the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, including any communications send or received by Ms. Skipwith that contain one or more of the following words or phrases: "Migratory Bird Treaty Act" and/or "MBTA". This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2018. This request does not seek generic news articles or aggregations of news articles.
I am a reporter with The Guardian and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
