Mr. Ted Timmons,

Below is the response we received in response to our records search.

The requested contract is W31P4Q-12-C-0113. The contractor is stating that your request for the procurement contracts, invoices and other information related to the development of MARRS and EMARRS, are unrelated to W31P4Q-12-C-0113. The contract number listed in your FOIA request, is not related to your initial FOIA request for: Procurement contracts, invoices and other information related to the development of MARRS and EMARRS (Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance System) through Sierra Nevada Corporation and L-3 Technologies, to which you submitted initially without a contract number.

We have no other way to search without a valid Army contract or solicitation number.

How do you want to proceed?

Hi, sorry, the details for that contract were in the followup, it's for MOTS with the contractor. You can close this, however. Thanks.
