From: Vekonda Luangaphay
Thank you, and the February 25th acknowledgement date works on our end.
From: Ryan Yates
As stated in our earlier e-mail, we require clarification regarding your request. This is not an area that the Commission is generally involved in. Were there any particular records you were searching for? Also, which bureaus/offices of the Commission would you like us to search? A list of bureaus and offices can be found at https://www.fcc.gov/about-fcc/organizational-charts-fcc. Please let us know how you would like to proceed no later than April 8, 2016. If we do not receive clarification from you by then, we will assume you are no longer interested in this request and will close it as withdrawn.

Hello Ryan,
Thank you for your response. I'm looking for what it takes to shut down an online dating site , like rentboy.com. I will refer to Homeland Security and DOJ for now.
Sincerely,
Vekonda

Ms. Laungaphay,
Thank you for your followup. From your e-mail, we gather you will be redirecting your request to the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security. The FCC will, therefore, close your request with our agency as withdrawn.
