Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Shehu Shagari, an obituary of whom was published in The New York Times on December 29, 2018 under the headline "Shehu Shagari, Nigerian President During ’80s Oil Crisis, Dies at 93". Please see attached PDF copy of that obituary, which may also be found at https://www.nytimes.com/2018/12/29/obituaries/shehu-shagari-dead.html.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
