This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Content, transcripts, or other responsive materials pertaining to email, phone, or mediated communications with the victims or families of victims of the San Bernardino shooting incident on Dec. 2, 2015. This includes: Robert Adams, age 40; Isaac Amanios, age 60; Bennetta Betbadal, age 46; Harry Bowman, age 46; Sierra Clayborn, age 27; Juan Espinoza, age 50; Juan Espinoza, age 50; Shannon Johnson, age 45; Larry Daniel Kaufman, age 42; Damian Meins, age 58; Tin Nguyen, age 31; Nicholas Thalasinos, age 52; Yvette Velasco, age 27; Michael Raymond Wetzel, age 37; Patrick Baccari, age 55; Amanda Gaspard, age 31; Nicholas Koahou; Anies Kondoker, age 42; Kevin Ortiz, age 24; Denise Peraza, age 27; Jennifer Stevens, age 22; and Julie Swann-Paez.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
