Copies of any and all powerpoint presentations, memos, reports or other meetings notes related to the intelligence community's damage assessment concerning the so-called "ShadowBrokers" group -- an entity that began leaking classified material in or around August 2016 . The documents I am requesting were authored in 2016 and 2017 by the NSA's Information Assurance Directorate and/or Central Security Service, but would have been circulated within U.S. Fleet Force Command, National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center and Coast Guard - Office of Intelligence, among other federal agencies.

I would appreciate a response to my inquiry to the extent possible.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Your requestwas received in this office on July 21, 2018. Due to the increasing number of FOIA requests received bythis office, we may encounter some delay in processing your request. PerSection 5.5(a) of the DHS FOIA regulations, 6 C.F.R. Part 5, NPPD processes FOIA requests according to their order ofreceipt. Although NPPD’s goal is to respond within 20 business days of receiptof your request, the FOIA does permit a 10- day extension of this time period.As your request seeks numerous documents that will necessitate a thorough andwide-ranging search, NPPD will invoke a 10-day extension for your request, asallowed by Title 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(6)(B). If you care to narrow the scope ofyour request, please contact our office. We will make every effort to complywith your request in a timely manner. Provisions of the FOIA allow us to recover part of the costof complying with your request. We shallcharge you for records in accordance with the DHS FOIA regulations asthey apply to non-commercial requesters.
