Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Emails, memos, powerpoint presentations, and other documents sent to or held by the Office of the Secretary of Defense that reference the word "ShadowBrokers" or "Shadow Brokers" or "The Shadow Brokers" between the years 2016 and 2020. Such documents may include mention of a "damage assessment" affecting U.S. intelligence community tools, techniques and procedures (TTPs). Material held by OSD may include documents/reports sent to the office from the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS). For assistance in searching for related documents, the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy would have been involved in related discussions.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
