This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All files on Sergei Motorin, a former KGB officer who became an FBI asset. His FBI codename was MEGAS and his CIA cryptonym was GTGAUZE. His first name may be transliterated as Sergey. Motorin was betrayed by Robert Hanssen and Aldrich Ames and was eventually recalled to Moscow and executed. Hello,

Sergei Motorin is deceased and therefore shouldn't be eligible for privacy protections. He was executed in 1986 or 1987 after being recalled to Moscow. This fact has been widely reported:
