To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Records relating to Henry John Heinz III (October 23, 1938 – April 4, 1991), who was an American politician from Pennsylvania. A Republican, Heinz served in the United States House of Representatives from 1971 to 1977, and in the United States Senate from 1977 until he was killed in a plane crash in Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania, in 1991. His death has been widely reported. http://www.nytimes.com/1991/04/05/us/senator-heinz-and-6-others-killed-in-midair-crash-near-philadelphia.html
Please conduct a search of the Central Records System, including but not limited to the Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) Indices, the Microphone Surveillance (MISUR) Indices, the Physical Surveillance (FISUR) Indices, and the Technical Surveillance (TESUR) Indices, for both main-file records and cross-reference records for all relevant names, agencies, organizations and companies.
I am a member of the news media and request classification as such. I have previously written about the Bureau for AND Magazine, MuckRock and Glomar Disclosure. My articles have been widely read, with some reaching over 100,000 readers. As such, as I have a reasonable expectation of publication and my editorial and writing skills are well established.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

A no responsive documents response.
I am appealing the integrity of the search, particularly the failure to perform a cross-reference search or to contact former FBI employees to aid in locating records, as case law requires. In addition to dying in a plane crash (likely investigated by the Bureau, as they have in the past) he was a part of the Iran-Contra probe. Therefore, the Bureau's claim to not have any records is not credible and the search does not appear to have been carefully calculated to locate the records sought and thoroughly performed.
