2) National Security Counselors
3) Mark Zaid
4) FOIA
5) overclassification

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr. Morisy

This responds to your recent request for a status update for case 79777. The case is still in our complex backlog queue pending review of a prior request (Case 76475) which contains documents responsive to your request . Please be advised that, since the records you request are related to Intellipedia, it is likely that we will have to consult with other Agencies prior to release which could cause additional delays. If documents are located for any of the referenced cases and they contain other Agency equities, it's possible that the first review could take at least 12-18 months. Please be advised that each case must go through two levels of review before a release determination can be made. Given the volume of our backlog and the fluctuation of queue placement due to consults from other agencies that predate your request, the estimated completion date is approximately 4 years.
