This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Seeking DOD/CIA/DARPA contracts between Sanofi Pasteur and the Department of Defense for RFID-loaded vaccinations. This request seeks any and all documentation including internal memos, written policies, targeted subjects, research plans, experiments, statistical results, studies, lab results, discussions, contracts, participating public and private institutions, universities and hospitals, private contracts written, stored and/or maintained about the DOD's uses, plans, proposals, contracts, research, subjects witting or unwitting for the implantation of vaccinations containing RFID or nano chips enabling remote tracking, monitoring, torturing, testing on witting or unwitting American persons, foreign subjects, or U.S. soldiers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Defense Forensics and Biometrics Agency.
There we no records found that fit your request. This agency isn't involved
in vaccinations and such in any way.
