This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
1) Standard Form 120, Report of Excess Personal Property, and all attachments, including but not limited to appraisals, for each of the following foreign gifts.
2) Agency files for each of the following foreign gifts, including but not limited to disposition and sale.
Foreign gifts received by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton:
- White gold jewelry with teardrop rubies and diamonds containing a necklace, a bracelet, earrings, and a ring. Rec’d—3/31/2012.
- Statue of two golden horses on a black marble base. Rec’d—4/12/2012.
- Emerald and diamond bracelet, necklace, earrings, and ring. Rec’d—2/15/2010.
- Set of white gold watch with leather band and earrings, all encrusted in diamonds. Two perfume bottles. Rec’d—2/16/2010.
- Gold and silver horse figure. Rec’d—12/2010.
- Gold and silver desert scene on stone and marble base. Rec’d—Unknown
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
