Mr. Amarel,

Your August 16, 2019 FOIA request is for the following records:

1. The annual budgets for the SEC Whistleblowers Office since 2000.
2. Any minutes of meetings in which the SEC Whistleblowers Office budget was discussed since 2000.
3. The annual number of staff, description of position, salary, and pay-rank of all staff within the SEC Whistleblower Office since 2000.

With respect to Nos. 1 and 3, I am presently coordinating with the Office of Human Resources and the Division of Enforcement. Regarding No. 2, please provide greater clarity with what is meant by
"meeting minutes." If this is interpreted as notes relating to any meeting involving any program office held at any time, this portion of your request would fail to reasonably describe the records sought. Please respond to this email by October 7, 2019. If I do not hear from you by that date, I will close No. 2 of your request without further notice to you. Please let me know if you have any questions.
