This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Materials relating to the SEC's probe of improper use of Port Authority funds, as described here: http://www.mainjustice.com/2014/04/25/sec-joins-manhattan-da-to-probe-christies-diversion-of-port-authority-funds/ Please include the initiating documents (leading to the probe and the official opening of the probe) memos, notes, letters, interviews, talking points, referrals and requests to other agencies and all other materials relevant to the discussion.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
