This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

1. Any and all documents that the SEC has pertaining to Washington Investments and/or any SEC investigation into Washington Investments and/or anyone associated directly and/or indirectly with :

Copies of any SEC licenses Washington Investments Inc. would be required to have to sell securities in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Florida.

And any stocks and/or securities and/or notes sold by Washington Investments Inc. in an entity known as Donald Stone Investments Inc.

Little is known about this mysterious entity known as, Donald Stone Investments Inc. that mysteriously surfaced in a federal court document, filed by an executive of Washington Investments Inc. It is believed to have been an alleged securities fraud scheme (possibly a private offering) using my good name (without my knowledge).

I agree to pay the SEC fee of $28 plus I'm requesting expedited service for this inquiry and that, I agree to pay reasonable additional fees for this service.
