Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The Army Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) for SEAN J CORRIGAN including form DD-214, all officer Evaluation Reports such as DA FORM 67-9 / DA FORM 67-10, Record of previous assignments form, Dates of Promotions, administrative remarks, all training courses/military education received, full military awards and all citations.

Mr SEAN CORRIGAN served in the United States Army as a decorated commissioned officer between approximately 1988-2017, final rank Colonel O-6. Claimed numerous awards, badges including Combat Infantryman Badge, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Defense meritorious service medal, joint service commendation medal, Joint service achievement medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Ranger Tab, Parachutist Badge and others etc. Graduated United States Military Academy , aka West Point Class of 1988.

Specifically request a copy of the Legion of Merit medal citation, bronze star medal citations, defense meritorious service medal citations, Presidential Unit Citation information and all individual citations and certificates. Sean retired from the Army after 30 years of service, with his last assignment as the US Special Operations Command J3X, Director of Special Activities.
His prior assignment was command of the Joint Operations Group Central (JOG-C) in Special Operations Command Central.
He previously served in Joint Special Operations Command as the J3 Chief of Current Operations and Chief of Staff. His other
assignments include command of Special Operations Command Forward, Yemen, Deputy Commander, Squadron Commander,
Squadron Executive Officer, Squadron Operations Officer, and Troop Commander, in one of the United States Army Special
Operations Command’s Special Mission Units.
Sean also served as Training Detachment Commander at the Jungle Operations Training Battalion in Fort Sherman, Panama and
as a Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha Commander in 7th Special Forces Group. COL (USA Ret) Corrigan began
his military career as an infantry officer in the 82nd Airborne Division, leading Rifle and Scout platoons in the 3rd Battalion,
504th Parachute infantry Regiment.
COL (USA Ret) Corrigan led or commanded troops in combat operations in OPERATIONS JUST CAUSE (Panama), DESERT
SHIELD and DESERT STORM (Saudi Arabia and Iraq), JOINT ENDEAVOR (Bosnia – Herzegovina), ENDURING FREEDOM
(Afghanistan), and IRAQI FREEDOM (Iraq). His awards and decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of
Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Ranger Tab, Special Forces Tab, Master Parachutist badge, Air Assault badge, Military Freefall
Parachutist badge, Pathfinder badge, and Combat Infantryman badge, second award.
COL (USA Ret) Corrigan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics from the United States Military Academy
in 1988 and a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College in 2001. His
professional military education includes the Infantry Officer’s Basic Course, Ranger School, the Special Forces Qualification
Course, the Armor Officer’s Advanced Course, the Combined Arms Service Support School, the Survival Evasion Resistance and
Escape Course, and a US Army War College Fellowship at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. He has
had two military articles published in 1993 and 2012.
