This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All military records and files regarding Scott Collins, who completed basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, was assigned to the 3rd Bombardment Tactical Wing Squadron at Johnson AFB, Tokyo, and was subsequently stationed at SAC Forbes AFB. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
