This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I would like all records associated with SBA Loan #: 71582150-08. At a minimum, please include the SBA Loan Name, Approval Date, Borrower, and current status of the loan (miss payments, default, canceled, etc). If possible, please also provide me with the original "Authorization For Debenture Guarantee" form. To help your search, it is my understanding that this loan was approved on or around October 2014 - thus in order to catch any previous application information and the current status of the loan please search from January 1, 2014, to Present Day.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
