Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records relating to or mentioning Samuel Mark Aanestad (July 16, 1946 – May 6, 2018), who was an American physician, surgeon, and politician. A Republican, he served in the California State Assembly from the 3rd District from 1998 to 2002 and a member of the California State Senate from the 4th district from 2002 to 2010.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
