To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any records dealing with Russian companies/organisations: ARinteg (ООО "АРинтег") (https://arinteg.ru/), Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC / FSTEK) (https://fstec.ru/), JSC NPO Echelon (npo-echelon.ru), Axoft Об Axoft (http://axoft.ru, Infotecs, АО "Инфотекс (https://infotecs.ru/)

As well as persons: Alexey Markov and Dmitry Slobodenyuk

I requests that in the event that access to any of the requested records is denied pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(b), I be provided with all non-exempt portions which are reasonably segregable. I further request that you describe the deleted material in detail and specify the statutory basis for the denial as well as your reasons for believing that the alleged statutory justification applies in this instance. Please separately state your reasons for not invoking your discretionary powers to release the requested documents. Such statements will be helpful in deciding whether to appeal an adverse determination, and in formulating arguments in case an appeal is taken. I reserve my right to appeal the withholding or deletion of any information and expect that you will list the office and address were such an appeal can be sent.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Jurre van Bergen

I'd like to file an appeal to this request, even though the FBI cannot reveal information about persons, the FBI can search for information about the companies in their records, like documents, memo's, e-mails, fax, whatsapp, text messages, interagency communication about those russian companies in question.

The FBI overreached in their blatant refusal to process the full FOIA, they could've not processed the FOIA only in part, when it came to persons, but could further process the FOIA when it came to the russian companies in question, i'd like to hereby request to reinstate the FOIA request with a narrower scope, namely,

Any records dealing with Russian companies/organisations: ARinteg (ООО "АРинтег") (https://arinteg.ru/), Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC / FSTEK) (https://fstec.ru/), JSC NPO Echelon (npo-echelon.ru), Axoft Об Axoft (http://axoft.ru, Infotecs, АО "Инфотекс (https://infotecs.ru/) , records are for example: documents, memo's, e-mails, fax, whatsapp, text messages, interagency communication about the russian companies in question.
