Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of lists or indexes of frequently requested records under FOIA and other disclosure laws, including but not limited to those subject to the Rule of Three (see FOIA, 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(2)(D) (2000)).

I also request copies of emails, memos and letters discussing the handling of frequently requested records that are subject to the Rule of Three, including but not limited to the removal of any such records.

You may limit this request to records generated between January 1, 1999 (or since your office's creation, whichever came later) and December 31, 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
