Emails between Vice Admiral Thomas S. Rowden and Lockheed Martin or Austal, prior to a 12/1/2016 Senate Armed Services Committee Hearing on Oversight, Acquisition, Testing, and Employment of the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) and LCS Mission Module Programs.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Our office recently received your FOIA request, originally submitted to Commander, Pacific Fleet (Ms. Lisa Aguon). I would to obtain more information regarding your request. I understand you are seeking copies of emails between VADM Rowden and Lockheed Martin or Austal prior to the LCS
