To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on August 19, 2019. My FOIA tracking number is EOUSA-2019-004236. According to the Estimated Time of Completion on the website provided to me by this agency, this request was estimated to be completed on 9/17/2019.
(Link: https://www.foiaonline.gov/foiaonline/action/public/submissionDetails?trackingNumber=EOUSA-2019-004236&type=request)

It is now 10/14/2019, and my request is still listed as 'processing'. My request is in relation to an already completed case, that is now over 18 years old, from the year 2001. I would like to know when I can expect this request to be completed.

I have further included an attachment showing the date this request was submitted (08/19/2019) and the estimated date of completion (09/17/2019).

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
