This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All files, reports, memos, directives and other materials regarding Ronald C. Moe, a political scientist who specialized in analyzing U.S. government organization and management for the Congressional Research Service of the Library of Congress," according to his May 29, 2011 obituary in the Washington Post [https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/obituaries/ronald-c-moe-political-scientist-and-analyst/2011/05/29/AG0xsJEH_story.html].

This request is being submitted by a member of the news media and appropriate fee categorization would be greatly appreciated. This request is being made in the process of news gathering in preparation for an article, and in addition to being an integral part of informing the referenced writing, the materials received will be made available online to the general public on MuckRock.com, allowing for subsequent research and context-building to be conducted. This request is in no way being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
