Dear Mr. Johnson:

We have received your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and your requests has been assigned FOIA Control No. 2018-000566 & 2018-000567. Before we can proceed with your requests, we require clarification regarding the scope of the records you seek.

You have not specified what Bureaus/Offices you would like to search for records, and we are unable to determine what Bureaus/Offices would be most likely to have responsive records. Searching the records of all the Commission's approximately 1,700 employees is not feasible. Please inform us of what Bureaus/Offices you would like us to search. A list of Commission Bureaus/Offices and their functions can be found at https://www.fcc.gov/about-fcc/organizational-charts-fcc.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed no later than April 24, 2018. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you are no longer interested in this request and will close it as withdrawn.

Dear FCC FOIA Office,

Thank you very much for your response.

Please accept my apology for not indicating our focus before; we would like this search to take place within the Media Bureau and the Wireline Competition Bureau.

If there is any further information I can provide, I would be happy to oblige.

Best,

Stephen Johnson

Dear FCC FOIA Office,

If I could be allowed to make one amendment to the previous request, which I should have mentioned in my response to you yesterday, I would like to amend the date range for this search.

Instead of from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2016 I would like to request records from January 1, 2012 to January 1, 2017 instead.

Thank you for considering my request for an amendment to the original request.

Sincerely,

Stephen Johnson

From: Federal Communications Commission

Can you please confirm if you would like the search to take place within Media Bureau and Wireline Competition Bureau for both 2018-000566 and 2018-000567. If not, can you please let the FOIA Office know which bureau(s) you would like for us to search for 2018-000567. If we do not hear back from you by April 24th, we will consider your request withdrawn.
