This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Surveillance video or photographs of Amtrak passenger Robin Putnam currently in the possession of Amtrak. Robin Putnam was a passenger on a train on July 7th of 2012. By Amtrak's own admission, they are in possession of "grainy surveillance video" from possibly either Salt Lake City or Reno or Emeryville, California:
