Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records mentioning or concerning Robert Trump, a deceased businessman. Details which may assist in the location of records of relevance are below.
Full name: Robert Stewart Trump
Date of Birth: August 26, 1948
Date of Death: August 15, 2020
First 5 digits of Social Security Number: 086-38
Robert Trump's death was widely reported in 2020 (see attachment); these records should thus be assumed to have diminished privacy interests from the FOIA Exemption 6, 7(C) as well as the Privacy Act.
Please conduct a search of the Central Records System and FBI Data Warehouse System, including but not limited to the Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) Data Management System (EDMS), the Microphone Surveillance (MISUR) Indices, the Physical Surveillance (FISUR) Indices, and the Technical Surveillance (TESUR) Indices for both main-file records and cross-reference records for all relevant names, individuals, agencies and companies.
If any potentially responsive records have been destroyed and/or transferred to NARA, then I request copies of the destruction or transfer slips as well as any other documentation relating to, mentioning or describing said transfer or destruction, to include but not be limited to confirmation that the Bureau has no other copies of said records.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please let this serve as notice of an administrative APPEAL of the agency's determination in my FOIA request, assigned identifier FOIPA Request No.: 1473734-000.
The grounds of this request are that the agency's response is insufficient, as it merely states that the documents have been transferred and/or destroyed.
My request specifically had the following clause: "If any potentially responsive records have been destroyed and/or transferred to NARA, then I request copies of the destruction or transfer slips as well as any other documentation relating to, mentioning or describing said transfer or destruction, to include but not be limited to confirmation that the Bureau has no other copies of said records."
I pray that the agency review its decision and provide the records --specifically, any certification that documents were tranferred and/or destroyed-- as they were originally requested.
