Greetings Amtrak FOIA staff,

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following records:

Emails sent by or received by Robert Jordan, Assistant Vice President of/for Customer Service and Stations containing any of the following keywords/complete phrases, without the quotes:

"line"
"lines"
"queue"
"queues"
"queuing"
"platform"
"platforms"
"airport security"
"airport"
"tsa"
"airline"
"boarding"
"gate"
"gates"
"boarding conductors"
"boarding conductor"
"assigned seat"
"assigned seats"
"assigned seating"
"seating assignment"
"signage"
"pinch point"
"pinch points"
"choke point"
"choke points"

My understanding is that Mr. Jordan began working for Amtrak around the beginning of this year. Given that, effectively there is already a limited window in which such emails could have been sent/received and as such I won't further narrow the period I ask you to search at this time. Please search between the time Mr. Jordan began working at Amtrak and the day the request is processed.

The requested documents will be immediately and freely available to the public on muckrock.com, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I am willing to pay all applicable fees, however in the event fees will exceed $50 please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

I would prefer the request be filled electronically by e-mail attachment. Further, in the event this request ends up making it to you by fax or mail, if possible I would request for everyone's convenience that we switch to email for future request-related communications.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,

Joseph Durso

Following up on request number 19-FOI-00213 as well. Again, I recognize processing has likely been affected by everything going on, just wanted to check on where this one sits.

Thanks,

Joseph Durso
