Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I hereby request the release of any and all records in regards to Robbie Lynn Rodrigues, last 4 of SSN 8479 with no exceptions of release or redactions.

Please show probable cause and release of records for the following: electronic surveillance, postal disruptions, medical experimentations, misrepresentation of falsified medical diagnosis, blacklisting, Electronic Microwave use, Directed Energy use, and any other satellite surveillance and non consensual anything. Please release any and all records probable cause or otherwise of interruption of any and all social media and emails from google, proton mail, etc..

Release any and all law enforcement records.

Specifically but not limited to any type of special investigation, targeting, or instructions to blacklist or cause harm to Ms Rodrigues and her family, friends and relatives. It is extremely important that all entities show probable cause and reinstate Ms Rodrigues constitutional rights and freedoms as an American born law abiding citizen.

Discontinue interruption of postal rights in regards to mail and packages. Discontinue all activities of electronic interference and disruption. Cease and desist of blacklisting.

Immediate release of any and all records from NPRC

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
