Records mentioning or relating to Richard Naradof Goodwin (December 7, 1931 – May 20, 2018), who was an American writer and presidential advisor. He was an aide and speechwriter to Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson and to Senator Robert F. Kennedy.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am appealing the integrity of the search, as the Bureau readily admits in their response letter that they did not exhaust all avenues of a reasonably calculated search for the responsive records. The Bureau's insistence that I file a second request for files I already requested is inconsistent with best practices, if not the law.
