Richard Helms, visit to Australia and New Zealand July 3-11 1972

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am not sure which records to ask for but the detail provided below may help you find the details I am seeking

On 3 July 1972, Mr Richard Helms, Director of US Central Intelligence Agency flew into Geelong/Avalon airport, Victoria, Australia. His flight is identified as USAF 1068. He was accompanied by his wife and four other passengers from USA. On 8 July 1972, this party flew from Australia (airport uncertain) to Christchurch airport, New Zealand. On 11 July the same party of six boarded a plane at Ohakea airbase, north of the Capital Wellington. It was the same plane which had brought them to Christchurch, and probably the same plane which brought them to Geelong/Avalon, on 3 July. It is identified as a VC135 - a special military-converted version of the Boeing 707.

My two questions are:

[I] Who were the four US personnel accompanying Mr Helms and his wife on these visits?
[II] Are any details available about the return flight from Ohakea to the USA? What was the time of departure? Destination? Time of arrival at destination? Any stops en route to final destination?
