The Textual Reference Archives II Branch (RDT2) has custody of Records of
the Office of Strategic Services (Record Group 226). Within Record Group
226 Entry 224, OSS Personnel Files, we have located two files for Richard M
Helms found in box 326 that are approximately 50 pages in total.

The records you requested are available for your examination. You or your
representative may view this material in the research room at The National
Archives at College Park. Since there are no access restrictions on these
documents, there is no need to file a Freedom of Information Act request
with the National Archives. If you are unable to visit us and would like to
