To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

My name is Mrutyumjai Kamana and I am looking for the revocation reason for my I140 application (Receipt Number: SRC1520050163). I am the beneficiary for this receipt number.

I see the following status in the USCIS case status search: "On September 14, 2016, we revoked the approval of your case, Receipt Number SRC1520050163, and mailed you a revocation notice. It explains the reasons for our action. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials".

I never received any update from USCIS or my previous employer. Can you please let me know what can be done to know the reason behind this revocation?

Thanks,
Mrutyumjai

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Mrutyumjai Kamana
