This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 and the date that this request is processed. These communications are stored together and should be easily accessible.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

FOIA OIG GSA Tracking Number 13-042
This acknowledges receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the General Services Administration's (GSA) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) dated May 6, 2013, and seeking "all responses sent to Congressional committees" between January 1, 2008, and the date that the FOIA request was processed. While processing your request, GSA-OIG located recordds that fall under the purview of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Accordingly, your request and two pages of responsive records were referred to this office for processing and direct response to you. Your request was received in this office on June 17, 2013.
Provisions of the Act allow us to recover part of the cost of complying with your request. We shall charge you for records in accordance with the DHS Interim FOIA regulations as they apply to media requestors. As a media requestor, you will be charged 10-cents a page for duplication, although the first 100 pages are free. We will construe the submission of your request as an agreement to pay up to $25.00. You will be contacted before any further fees are accrued.
Your request has been assigned reference number NPPD13F829. Please refer to this identifier in any future correspondence.
