Responses to Congressional Committees (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation)

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 and the date that this request is processed. These communications are stored together and should be easily accessible.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thanks for your time on the phone just now.

I agree to limit this request to communications generated between Jan. 1, 2011 and Dec. 31, 2012, and I agree to pay fees of up to $250. I do not waive my right to appeal fees if I believe they are improperly assessed, but am willing to pay the down payment in order to continue processing this request when notified of the new estimated total fees.

We are still unable to open the invoice. When we try, we get the following error:

"The uploaded file has the wrong format specification - for example, you might be trying to upload a CSV file as a XLS file."

Can you save as another format?
