Dear Mr. Morisy:

I am writing to seek clarification for your recent Freedom of Information Act request to the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Inspector General. You requested "a copy of all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 and the date that this request is processed" and stated that "these communications are stored together and should be easily accessible."

Are you interested in records for a certain topic, or a certain type of letter sent as part of Congressional communications? I spoke with our Congressional and Public Affairs office which would maintain these records and they were unsure what you might be seeking since you specified they are stored together and should be easily accessible. On its face, the request seems quite expansive as it covers all responses sent over a nearly six year period.

If you could provide any further clarification, it would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Scott Levine
