Dear Mr. Morisey,

In OPR's July 2, 2013 letter to you, we advised you that OPR processes FOIA and Privacy Act requests in the approximate order of receipt for each track. Because your request involves the processing of complex information, your request was assigned to the complex FOIA processing track. Currently, OPR has a backlog of requests received prior to your request and will respond to your request as soon as practicable.

Thank you.

Ms. Hardy,

There has not been any update on this request in several months. Please advise.

Thank you.

From: Hardy, Lyn (OPR)

Dear Mr. Morisey,

In OPR's July 2, 2013 letter to you, and in subsequent emails, we advised you that OPR processes FOIA and Privacy Act requests in the approximate order of receipt for each track. Because your request involves the processing of complex information, your request was assigned to the complex FOIA processing track. Currently, OPR has a backlog of requests received prior to your request and will respond to your request as soon as practicable. We were recently authorized to hire a FOIA paralegal and believe that we will soon be able to start processing the backlog, including your request.

Thank you.
