This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 and the date that this request is processed. These communications are stored together and should be easily accessible.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

On behalf of Battelle Energy Alliance, my office has completed its
due-diligence regarding your Freedom of Information Act request we received
on May 6, 2013 for “a copy of all responses sent to Congressional
committees between January 1, 2008 and the date that this request is
processed”.
During our investigation we discovered that the data/records you have
requested are already available to the public through an archive or other
source. Thus, as is stipulated in the FOIA statues we will refer you to
the archive or others source. More information regarding the Idaho
National Laboratory's records/responses sent to congressional committees
can be found in the U.S. Library of Congress or more precisely the U .S.
Congressional Record at www.loc.gov using search terms that include Idaho
National Laboratory (INL) and Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEEL).
