Mr. Morisy,

DoDEA is just now in receipt of your FOIA request. All e-mails to this account were blocked by the agency's new firewall protocols and emails were sent to junk mail. The problem has been fixed by our IT division.

You will receive an acknowledgement letter shortly with your FOIA case number.

We apologize in the delay of the processing of this FOIA request.

Shawn,

I received two fax inquiries which I wanted to provide some feedback to you.

The first is regarding a Michael Morisy request (MR 5235) that I think falls under one of those issues that we discussed on the phone. It appears in this case that there were two separate requests for the same information (one was addressed to OSD, the other to DARPA), which we simply provided one response for both. These cases are now closed in our office. If you could update your system accordingly or contact me directly to discuss further.

The second inquiry is one of several requests (MR 6065) that you had submitted for various DoD reports to Congress. There were a couple reports that had not been completed and you were instructed to resubmit your request(s) at a later date and those original requests were subsequently closed. Again, the original case (our case number 13-F-1024) is closed and we have not received the resubmission, therefore, there is nothing to report.

V/r,
Aaron
