RE: FOIA/PA# 436-33

Dear Mr. Morisy:

This is in response to your email (below) dated May 6, 2013, requesting,
pursuant to the FOIA, a copy of all Defense Security Service (DSS) responses
sent to Congressional committees between January 1, 2008 and May 6, 2013.

Based on the information requested, a search of all DSS automated indices and
offices at DSSHQ which are reasonably likely to be responsive to your request
located no DSS records responsive to your request. The automated indices and
offices searched included but were not limited to the DSS Office of Public and
Legislative Affairs, the Office of the DSS Director, Office of the Inspector
General, Office of Freedom of Information and Privacy, and the DSS Office of
General Counsel.

Please be aware that all Congressional correspondence are handled by DSS's
Office of Public and Legislative Affairs. However, if you have reason to
believe DSS records responsive to your request may be located in another part
of the agency, please identify that particular location/office and DSS will
conduct another search.
