This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 and the date that this request is processed. These communications are stored together and should be easily accessible.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Morisy:
This is regarding your October 26, 2013, email in which you inquired as to the status of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request of May 6, 2013, for copy of all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 through the present.
Our final response and 175 pages of documents were mailed to you on June 11, 2013. Your email to us also records that you received both the letter and the documents; your recorded date is June 12, 2013.
We are unsure what has led to the confusion surrounding receipt of your documents, since our records show the package was sent and your records show that it was received.
We have attached a copy of our final response letter to you of June 11, 2013. Perhaps this will help you identify the package that was sent to you. If you are still unable to locate the package that corresponds to this particular request, please call our office at 770-488-6399.
