This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 and the date that this request is processed. These communications are stored together and should be easily accessible.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Your request for information was received on 5 June 2013, however we are
unable to process it because it is not specific enough. You for copies of all
responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008
and the date that this request is processed. This does not clearly indicate
the record/s you are seeking. What topic/subject matter? What committee?
What agency? We are asking that you would be as specific as possible with
regards to the records you are seeking. Please provide your specified request
to our office no later than 11 June 2013 or this request cannot be processed
and no further action will be taken.

Please note, should this request be closed, you have the option to submit
another request provided it meets the specifics of the Freedom of Information
Act guidelines.
