On January 13, 2020, the COMNAVAIRPAC legal office office received a fax
from you concerning an October 11, 2019 FOIA request for information related
to "unclassified research involving Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais, specifically
relating to aircraft/spacecraft propulsion, high energy physicis,
gravitational wave physics, and compact nuclear fusion." As you were
previously advised in November 2019, this request does not fall within the
cognizance of COMNAVAIRPAC. Your request has been referred to the Naval Air
Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), and was assigned FOIAOnline Case
Number DON-NAVY-2020-000608. For further updates on the status of your
