Request for third party survey data collected by typeform.com on behalf of the whitehouse.

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

It appears that the Whitehouse has an agreement to collect public data on behalf of the US GOVERNMENT on the typeform.com website here:https://whitehouse.typeform.com/to/Jti9QH this is a request for any and all data provided to the third party vendor which is non-exempt.

While it is not clear that this was performed by a Whitehouse group which is required to respond to FOIA, it is believed that this data is clearly public record due to the way the survey has been executed as an official government activity utilizing a third party vendor which does not have any privacy statement or requirement as the government's collection of data generally requires.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
