To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking a simple police report and expungement of 4 false charges that are making me an unemployable felon as I've lost several opportunties including one with Apple Computer as a Software Engineer and I even had to relocate here to resolve this stupidity. My brother is getting arrested under my name and I want to report identity theft. Every attempt to make a report results in some B.S. resulting in no police report. Can someone escalate to perhaps a lieutenant. I'd prefer email because officers have been deliberately lying to me, as the state police is saying that they don't take mugshots, check fingerprints or check tattoos to prove it wasn't me, and even the judges rely on the hearsay of the arresting officer. I found the mugshots online, while an officer was positive it was me, via visual identification and that's all it takes to deny a police report and give a person a charge. while I have proof. I've attached my proof. I am unsure through what channels, but I'd like to get a report for identity theft. Kindly resolve. My case and evidence is summarized at: https://tinyurl.com/MarkBritoVsStateOfNMSlides and https://tinyurl.com/MarkBritoVsStateOfNMCases . Look at slide 11 of the first aforementioned link. I want these records removed and expunged as it makes me unemployable as now I'm a felon and I was out of the state and I can't believe this system doesn't check ID's, fingerprints, mugshots, tattoos and other identification items such as biometrics. Am I going to get arrests on my record for the rest of my life? If I go to the court houses, they have every excuse to refuse me services. I traveled from California to attend court in Albuquerque, New Mexico, they sent me to the wrong court room and when I arrived 15 minutes late they said they already heard my case and I registered papers they never read, and they said they already heard my case and that they couldn't hear it again. In California if someone is late they place it at the end of the day, and they read what's in the file, because I filed all this evidence. Can some one refer an attorney as I'm getting blocked by IMSI catchers, proxies, threats, gunshots, intimidation all the time. Even the State Police told me to leave New Mexico. Get this off my record so I can work. I had to leave an FBI tip because of so many gun shots and threats. I promise you that https://tinyurl.com/MarkBritoVsStateOfNMSlides and https://tinyurl.com/MarkBritoVsStateOfNMCases is a quick read, but it's like everyone is illiterate. Please be professional and I should be, but no one is being professional. I called the New Mexico State Bar, and they gave me a number to some one who had the same problem that was probably a deterance to my goal, apparently there are no attorneys to handle it in the state. This has happened to me in New Mexico several times. Last time I was here I ran into a racket where they stole all my belongings, kicked in all my doors, stole two vehicles, stole several of my social security checks and my mail and the police refused to make any reports, the courts simply mailed back my complaints with no explaination, and it's happening again for the third time as my social security directexpress card has already been stolen and my tires have been slashed so many times that I can't call AAA again, even the local automechanic at Big-O Tires ruined my RV so I can't drive and took the money. I've gotten used to the threats and accept death, but they were poisoning me for some time and throwing drugs in my face and I feel like I'm surrounded by thugs and socialpaths, and the local government seems worse. Either way, I expect a proxy to intercept this request and no response at all. I think I should be referred to an attorney and sue the state, but they are stealing everything financially from me, and out of many I've contacted, none respond, and the courts block all attempts of filing anything.
